changed fuel filter and bled fuel to the pump but no fuel present at the injectors

did you bleed the injectors? it takes longer than you would think to get the fuel to the injectors. is the fuel pump working?

Maybe you should clean the injectors. get some injector fluid and add to fuel tank.
open all the injectors and use a jump pack or somthing to assist with the engine turn over then you should get drips of fuel after a while tighten them up one by one, use someone else to turn key, if that fails try a bit of easy start or brake cleaner... also check the filter is sealed correctly they wond blead if air is leaking..
