I also have my fuel filter changed. I not sure if I was diagnoised with a lean exhaust! I dont know what that means. Sometimes the engine light comes on soemtimes it's not on at all. It doesnt like when I accelorate. At lights my car usually shakes. the rpm's go up down up down and then steady. When car is idle it shakes or jumps and also when it's cold.
