you got air in the lines on it ,try bleeding it it out and see if that doesn't help,the only reason a diesel wont ever start is lack of fuel ,your 07 uses a different system then the older ones did,good luck.

crack open all 6 lines and crank it over till fuel comes out.
Your ? is ? 07 dodge diesel has no injection pump. It has a fuel pump and common rail injection. Take it to someone who knows.Most often the problem is in the injectors.Very dear. he he?
