Will it crank?? will it run?? you have changed everything except the kitchen sink, If it will drive take it to auto-zone and have the computer read It might give you an Idea of what is wrong, hope this helps also what year how many miles??

Fuel pressure regulater? Have you checked or had fuel pressure checked? Year make and model plus any modifications or recent work done. Mould make it easier to help.
Depending on the year, timing chain is off, or ignition timing is off or exhaust system is blocked
