already changed the fuel filter, fuel injector, and it's still doing th same thing,,,after 20 minutes of running, and wont turn on till it's cool

It sounds as if though your fuel line is vapor locking. I would start by making sure that there are not any places where air is getting into your fuel line. Another problem could be a circuit breaker on the fuel delivery. It may be getting hot (because it is bad) and shutting off then reseting once it is cooled down. Check these two probs.
